A small team of local arrangers from the North East have come together to build a truly massive repertoire of string quartet music and other music for small ensembles that have been tried and tested in the live environment over many years.
Composers and arrangers include Gordon Dike (Violin, Viola, Piano), Bruce Taylor (viola, Piano), Mark Toomey (Saxes, Flute, Clarintet), Amanda Kirk (Sax, Bassoon, Bass Guitar) and Gordon Callander (Cello, Double Bass, Bass Guitar, Piano)
Principal Music Service’s mission is to provide good arrangements of music that is playable at sight by trained professional musicians that sounds good to the target audience. This music will also be accessible for amateur musicians where some practice may be required.

This will include original compositions including educational works for childrens groups and arrangements of jazz standards and modern pop tunes.
